Your responsibilities:
- Leading and representing the clinic internally and externally as a chief physician in an academic teaching hospital with an interdisciplinary focus, positive work atmosphere, and comprehensive training opportunities
- Expanding the department’s service offerings and implementing new treatment methods in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to the conceptual, organizational, and economic development of the department
- Upholding a high level of collegiality, sensitivity, and serving as a role model
- Managing a department with over 140 beds, treating approximately 2,000 patients annually in inpatient and day-clinic/partial inpatient care
Your profile:
- Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Neurology with substantial professional experience in psychiatry
- Extensive leadership experience in staff management and development
- Interest in advancing the clinic by establishing new methods and procedures
- Responsible, self-motivated personality with organizational skills and economic understanding (specialized training desirable)
- Empathetic, patient- and team-oriented working style
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration with all clinical departments and outpatient physicians
- Required legal proof of measles immunization
